This EZ Lock Interface Bracket was designed for the Chairman Entra power wheelchairs manufactured by Permobil.

IMPORTANT:

The vehicle's lap & shoulder belts must be utilized in order to provide a complete occupant restraint.

All EZ Lock DRIVER applications require installation of the stabilizer kit (included with this interface bracket kit).

IMPORTANT: The Entra is too low in it's standard configuration and requires a "clearance package" available from Permobil.

NOTE: This kit requires a stabilizer for both forward and back-in applications. We must know if you intend to pull forward into the docking base, or back into the docking base.
